Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (South), organized ‘A Day with Coy Cdr’ for school-going children of Songdoi Village with the theme “Healthy Body, Physical Fitness, and Aspects of Armed Forces.”
Seventy-five enthusiastic students participated in the event, engaging in various activities that emphasized the importance of physical fitness, a healthy body, and understanding the role of the Armed Forces. Activities included trekking, an interactive quiz, a meditation session, and various games, which kept the children entertained and inspired a sense of patriotism and motivation for a positive future.
Students and teachers appreciated the efforts of Assam Rifles, noting that the program strengthened the bond and harmony between the Security Forces and the local community.
