Defence Minister of State, Sanjay Seth, visited Ranchi Military Station. This is the first official visit after his assuming charge of Minister of State for Defence on June 11, 2024, showcasing his commitment towards fostering strong ties with the Armed Forces.
The minister paid homage to the martyrs of the Indian Army by laying a wreath at the Jharkhand War Memorial. Sanjay Seth was briefed about operational preparedness alongwith initiatives and measures undertaken to improve the quality of life of all ranks and their families of the station.
During the visit, minister interacted with the troops and expressed his appreciation for the dedication, professionalism, and commitment of the Indian Army. He highlighted the contributions of the Indian Army towards nation building and emphasised the importance of readiness, discipline, and maintaining high morale within the Indian Army.
