The Durand Cup Organising Committee would like to inform all football fans of West Bengal that we are fully committed to refunding the ticket money of the abandoned Derby match which was scheduled on 18 August 2024. Our top priority has been and shall remain that every ticket purchaser receives quick and full refund, easily and safely. Towards this end, we are working closely with the Department of Sports, Government of West Bengal. We would like to assure each and every football fan that the refund box offices shall be opened within 24 hours of permission being granted by Kolkata Police. We deeply value the support and enthusiasm of our fans. Announcement to this effect shall be made as soon as the permission is given. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are doing our best to refund the tickets.
