Gandhi Jayanti Diwas at Keyi Panyor District was celebrated today at Yachuli with DC Shweta Nagarkoti Mehta [IAS] and Yachuli ZPM Joram Elyu gracing the event.
The event also marked the official closure of Swachhata Hi Seva 2024 programme for the district, organized by the PHE & WS and UD & Housing Department in collaboration with the District Administration.
As part of the SHS 2024, the district aimed to promote cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene, aligning with the national goals. The district administration also encouraged collective action and citizenship participation in cleanliness efforts not just as a government initiative but as an individual commitment for tangible enduring results.
