During a routine patrol, troops observed suspicious activities involving two to three individuals transferring items from vehicles to a nearby store.
Upon noticing the approaching Assam Rifles team, the suspects fled the scene, abandoning their vehicles.
Despite efforts to apprehend them in the crowded market area, the individuals escaped.

The seized liquor, along with the two vehicles, has been handed over to the Customs officials in Moreh for further investigation.
