Assam Rifles organized a three-day training from 3rd to 5th October 2024 for appearing for Services Selection Board interview for 14 students from Sainik School, Imphal who successfully cleared the NDA written exam. These young aspirants represent hope for a brighter future and are a testament to the talent emerging from the state.
The training was imparted by a team with Services Selection Board (SSB) experience. The personal guidance of the trainers including a psychologist assisted the aspirants understand the structure of the SSB interview and build their confidence through mock tests. The trainers also delivered a motivational lecture to around 100 students from grades 11 and 12, encouraging them to consider a career in the Armed Forces.
Manipur, despite its small size, has a proud history of contributing officers to the Armed Forces. Assam Rifles remains committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders, and the success of these 14 students is a step forward for both Manipur and the nation.
ASSAM RIFLES COLLABORATES WITH AN NGO TO HOST 5TH EDITION OF “INQUIZTIVE” LITERARY EVENT IN CHANDEL, MANIPUR
Assam Rifles, in collaboration with the NGO Wise Crabs, organized the fifth edition of the “INQUIZTIVE” literary function in Chandel District on 04 October 2024. The event, which took place with great enthusiasm, saw participation from over 320 students representing various schools in the region from the classes of nursery to grade 12th.
Aimed at fostering creativity, critical thinking, and holistic development, students engaged in a range of competitions such as quizzes, debates, drawing, poem recitation, and elocution.
These activities provided an excellent platform for young minds to express their talents and build confidence. The event received widespread appreciation from educators and community leaders, who acknowledged its role in nurturing the district’s youth.
