Meghalaya Chief Minister took part in the Swachhata Hi Seva2024 Campaign in Tura Bazar with the District Administration and Tura Municipal Board officials.

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma took part in the Swachhata Hi Seva2024 Campaign in Tura Bazar with the District Administration and Tura Municipal Board officials.

The campaign in Tura is aimed to be a year-long exercise and targets to bring along community members especially the youth in adopting cleanliness as a lifestyle.

Chief Minister Conrad Sangma stressed on the need to keep public amenities clean and collaborating with the community to instil a sense of respect and ownership towards this end.

The Swachhata Hi Seva campaign was launched nationwide on 17th September 2024, also celebrating 10 years of the Swachh Bharat Mission.
