Assam Rifles organized ‘A Day with Company Commander’ for students from schools in Shakpao village, aimed at inspiring and motivating young minds while fostering a sense of nationalism and camaraderie.
The event witnessed participation from 58 locals, including 45 students, 3 teachers, and 10 parents from Shakpao and Ramva villages. A variety of engaging activities were held throughout the day, including tug-of-war, singing, and cultural dance competitions, designed to encourage teamwork and cultural expression among the children.
Following the competitive events, participants were given a guided tour of the Assam Rifles camp to gain insight into the daily life of personnel. The day culminated in an award ceremony where winners of various competitions were given prizes.
The students, teachers, and parents expressed their heartfelt appreciation for Assam Rifles’ initiative in organizing such a meaningful and informative recreational activity. They pledged their support to the Security Forces in future endeavors.

Assam Rifles organized a motivational lecture titled “Secrets of Success” for the residents of Sajik Tampak village in Chandel district on November 18, 2024. The event aimed to inspire local participants to focus on self-growth and embrace challenges as opportunities for learning.
