Army’s Spear Corps launches National Integration Tour for Pilgrims of Arunachal Pradesh

Indian Army’s Spear Corps launches Religious and Pilgrimage Tour Under Operation Sadbhavna. In line with the Indian Army’s ongoing efforts to promote unity, harmony, and national integration, a National Integration Tour for 20 pilgrims was flagged off from Likabali Military Station By Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding 3 Corps under Operation Sadbhavna on 14 December 2024. Organized by the Spear Corps of the Eastern Command, this initiative aims to foster cultural and religious understanding by connecting people across diverse regions of Arunachal Pradesh. The tour will cover the serene and spiritually significant journey from Tuting to Tawang allowing pilgrims to experience the rich cultural & religious heritage of Arunachal Pradesh. This initiative is a testament to the Army’s commitment to nation-building particularly in remote areas by promoting communal harmony and strengthening ties with the local populace. The event was inaugurated in the presence of Army officials, local dignitaries, and enthusiastic participants who expressed their gratitude for this unique opportunity.The Indian Army remains steadfast in its mission to ensure peace and development in the region exemplifying its motto of “Nation First”.
