NARANGI MILITARY STATION ORGANIZES MEDITATION SESSION ON WORLD MEDITATION DAY

In a remarkable initiative to observe World Meditation Day, Headquarters 51 Sub Area, Narangi Military Station, organized a one-hour meditation session for over 100 troops and their families. The session was conducted under the expert guidance of spiritual counselors from Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, a globally renowned socio-spiritual educational organization affiliated with the United Nations.

The event aimed to raise awareness about the significance of meditation as a universal practice to foster mental clarity, emotional resilience, and inner peace. The meditation session, structured to accommodate participants from diverse backgrounds, focused on simple yet effective techniques that can be seamlessly integrated into daily routines. The spiritual counselors emphasized the importance of self-reflection, positive thinking, and mindfulness as tools to combat stress and enhance overall well-being.

The event began with an introduction to the principles of meditation, followed by practical demonstrations and a guided meditation session. Participants were deeply engaged and expressed their appreciation for the initiative, which provided them with an opportunity to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate amidst their demanding schedules.
