A joint operation conducted by the Assam Rifles and Manipur Police resulted in the destruction of a 30 acres of illegal poppy cultivation in Khudei Khullen, Tengnoupal District on 1st February 2025.
The operation began at 0830 AM & involved Assam Rifles personnel, including along with Manipur Police contingent of approximately 100 personnel.
The operation is a critical step in combating the spread of narcotics and its detrimental effects on society.
