As part of its continued outreach and commitment to nation-building, Assam Rifles organised twin events themed “A Day with the Company Commander” at Molcham in Chandel District on May 2, 2025.
The event aimed to strengthen the bond between Assam Rifles and the people, while promoting education and awareness.
At Molcham, children from nearby villages in Khengjoi Sub-Division participated in a day filled with learning and excitement. The event featured interactive fun filled activities, which were met with enthusiasm and joy. A motivational address by the Company Commander inspired young minds to value education, discipline and dedication.
The children also got a rare opportunity to witness an interactive weapon display, enjoy a ride in a Casper vehicle and view a drone flying demonstration, showcasing the modern capabilities of the Assam Rifles.
The children were also awarded prizes for their performances.
