Acting on specific intelligence of movement of Heroin No 4 Assam Rifles and Excise and Narcotics Department, Champhai launched an Area Domination Patrol towards Zote village on May 2, 2025. During the operation, two hongs of heroin No 4 were confisticated and apprehended oneperson. The recovered contraband and the apprehended individual were handed over to Excise and Narcotics Department, Champhai.
