Acting on specific intelligence, Assam Rifles and Department of Revenue Intelligence recovered Poppy seeds worth Rs 7.4 Crores and Beetle Nut worth Rs 90 Lakh from two godowns in Vairengte, Mizoram on 18 May 2025. The recovered items have been handed over to Department of Revenue Intelligence, Aizawl.
