The Dibrugarh University team comprising of Shatabdi Hazarika and Kosturi Bipul won the ‘Best Team’ title at the recently held XXXIV Golap Sharma Memorial Northeast Intercollege/University Debate Competition held at North Lakhimpur College.
The topic for the 34th edition of the debating competition was “Privatisation of Public Sector is the only means to expedite the economic development of India.”
