Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) conducted a Medical Camp at Tusom Khullen village of Ukhrul district on 20th September 2023.
This camp was organised on the request of village authorities as the villagers do not have access to medical facilities close by and are situated away from the district hospital, Ukhrul.
A total of 112 villagers (28 men, 35 women & 49 children) from Tusom Khullen & nearby villages were examined and provided with basic medication. The initiative by Assam Rifles has solved the long pending needs of Medical assistance for the villagers.
