Project Vartak (BRO) is celebrating “Har Ghar Tiranga”, an initiative of Government of India, with zeal and enthusiasm from 12th to 15th August 2024.
To spread awareness and invoke feeling of patriotism by encouraging people to hoist Flag at their residences, various events such as Tiranga Marches, Tiranga Runs, Tiranga Cycle and Motorcycle rallies are being organised by the project and its allied units.
To instill a sense of pride, leaflets highlighting the importance of National Flag were distributed among people encouraging them to post Selfie with Flag and change display pictures to Flag on their social media accounts.
The ‘Selfie with Flag’ campaign was also conducted at prominent BRO work sites of Sela Top, Sela Tunnel, Nechiphu Tunnel, Bomdila, Zimithang, Tawang and Damteng.
The Tricolour will be unfurled at these locations on 15th August 2024 and all units of Project Vartak across the states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
