The vibrant art show, culminating in a grand closing ceremony on October 14, brought together the works of 80 talented artists from Assam and Northeast India, transforming the Sarokri Celebrations venue into a cultural hub with artistic brilliance.

The event kicked off with an exclusive preview night hosted at Sarokri Celebrations, where renowned visual artist Santanu Sharma, and esteemed figures such as Dr. Mriganka Madhukailya, Akshata Narayan, Kaling Darang, Siddhart Bedi Varma, and Sangam Bora lent their presence and support to the artists. The atmosphere was celebration, anticipation, and mutual admiration, setting the tone for the rest of the event.

The discussions were led by an impressive lineup of expert panellists, including Lima Das, Satyakee Dcom Bhuyan, Samujjal Kashyap, Rana Mahanta, Tinat Atifa Masood, Ranjana Bhajanka, Saheel Rafique, Shubhash Soni, Palash Borah, Nizom, Krishnakshi Sarma, Nikita Hazarika, and Manshi Khemani. Moderated by Kaveri Banikya, these sessions sparked thought-provoking conversations on the evolving role of art as a medium for personal expression and societal change.

Live sketching by Adarsh Chetri, poetry readings by Ms. Mehzabeen Hussain, and a selection of gourmet cuisine added to the event’s charm, drawing an impressive footfall throughout the exhibition.

Sarokri Celebrations, a modern banquet space in the heart of Rukminigaon, Guwahati, served as the ideal venue for the event. At the same time, Artscape Gallery, a prominent art company from Assam, Northeast India, continued its mission to spotlight and elevate the region’s artistic talent.
