Election Commission makes it mandatory for candidates, and their agents to show negative RT-PCR test reports or complete vaccination reports to enter counting centers. News agency ANI tweeted.
Election Commission also said that “Not more than two persons shall be allowed to accompany the winning candidate or his/her authorized representative receive the certificate of election from the returning officer concerned.”
Earlier on April 27, Election Commission bans all victory processions on May 2nd, both during and after counting.
