Explaining newly elected Raijor Dol MLA from Sivasagar Akhil Gogoi’s health condition CM Dr. Sarma said “Akhil Gogoi has been undergoing treatment at GMCH for the last four months due to his mental illness. How can a person like him be allowed to attend the Assembly session,”
