On 19th April, 2022 under the Sector Malda, a Blood Donation Camp organised at BSF Combined Hospital Baishnabnagar, under district Malda.
On 19 April 2022, a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp was organized by BSF Combined Hospital Baishnabnagar on the occasion of ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’ with the help of Blood Bank Malda Medical College and Hospital at BSF Combined Hospital, Baishnabnagar, Malda from 1100 hrs to 1330 hrs. The program was organized under the supervision of Dr Gulshan Singh, CMO (SG), 70 Bn BSF alongwith medical staff of 78 & 35 Battalion BSF. During the Blood Donation Camp total 36 personal of 70, 78 & 35 Battalion have donated their blood. During the blood donation camp Malda Medical College & Hospital team and BSF personal were the witnessed of this Blood Donation Camp. Malda Medical College & Hospital staff appreciated such type of event organised by the Medical staff of Border Security Force.
Dr Gulshan Singh, CMO (SG), Combined Hospital Baishnabnagar expressed happiness on the conducting of this Blood Donation Camp. He stated that this type of programs bring awareness among the people and force personal. This creates good image of force and develop sense of safety & security among the people. He also stated, in future BSF will conduct these type of more programs under the guidance of Higher Headquarters.
