Eastern Command celebrated 8th International Yoga Day on the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’ across the Command theatre on 21 June. A large number of troops, their families and local citizens participated from far flung areas of the East & North Eastern region to spread awareness and promote a healthy lifestyle. Various workshops were organised involving the local population to spread the message of peace, harmony and well being.
