On 3rd August, 2022, South Bengal Frontier organized a colorful programme with Brass Band to mark the ‘Aajadi Ka Amritat Mahoutsav’ at ECO Park, Rajarhat.
Dr. Atul Fulzele, Inspector General of South Bengal Frontier, IPS started the programme by taking bouquet from the Mahila Prahari of the Border Security Force. High officials of the Border Security Force also participated the event.
The main objective of this programme was to make people aware about the ‘Aajadi Ka Amritat Mahoutsav’ The country will celebrate the 75th anniversary of independence on the coming Independence Day. Hundreds of local women, men and children came to see the event. They greatly appreciated this programme and requested the officers of the force that it is very good if such programmes are held in the coming times as well. They further said that such programmes inculcate the feeling of country and force among the people.
In the end, the Inspector General, South Bengal Frontier, Dr. Atul Fulzele and the high officials of the force assured the people that such programmes would be organized by the Border Security Force in future also.
