Hindi Divas was celebrated on Wednesday at Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai with great enthusiasm and joy among the students, teachers and respected guest.
The programme begins with lighting of earthen lamp and garland of flowers before the portrait of Late Krishna Sharma Hindi teacher of Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya,Bargolai by Geeta Ganguly Assistant teacher of Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Baragolai.
After that Chura Giri retired HOD of Sociology Margherita college, Dr Mrinali HOD of Hindi Margherita college,Mitali Roy principal of roots to fruits pre primary school, Ledo, Chandan Das senior teacher of Adarsha Vidya Mandir,Margherita, Margherita Journalists Association treasurer Mithun Baruah, Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai former student and Advocate Rupa Singh, Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai Head master Ram Prasad Ambedkar and many more distinguished and resource persons were present at Hindi Divas programme.
Chura Giri in his inaugural speech said that Hindi has till now not became the National language but it is a community language spoken by all section people of our country irrespective of caste, creed,race, language and religion.
Hindi cannot be declared as Mother tongue else an International language spoken outside our country such as at Mauritius, Maldives, Fiji, Caribbean countries which we must feel proud of it said Chura Giri.
Dr Mrinali Konwar said that we celebrate Hindi Divas but feel shy to speak on other days as due to inferiority problem surrounded around us which we must eradicate these notion at the earliest.
On this Hindi Divas Geeta Ganduly Assistant teacher of Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai was given warm farewell by the teachers and students of Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai.
All the students and teachers of Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai praised the noble service given by Geeta Ganguly towards the students of Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai.
The whole programme was moderated by Raj Shekhar Ambedkar young,dynamic and enthusiast teacher of Adarsha Hindi Vidyalaya, Bargolai.
