The Railway Heritage park cum Museum has become one of the major attractions of tourists in Tinsukia.
Tinsukia Division of Northeast Frontier Railway is the rich heritage of Railway culture more than a century old.
This museum also seeks to promote and preserve the rich heritage of the Northeast Frontier Railway.
The Tinsukia Division of Northeast is one of the oldest Divisions of Assam. The Dibru Sadiya Railway (DSR) and the Assam Bengal Railway (ABR), were linked at Tinsukia City on 1st March 1903.
