Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kurung Kumey organized a District Level Yuva Utsav Programme at Gov. Higher Secondary School Koloriang on 24 March 2023. The Programme is inspired from the Independence Speech of Prime Minister of India , Where he gave the nation mantra of Panch Pran.
The Programme was kickstarted by reading the Message of Lokam Tassar, MLA, Arunachal Pradesh Who Hailed the Efforts of Nehru Yuva Kendra for Working with the Youth in the Remotest part of the Nation and Organizing Such type of Programmes that Allows youth to Showcase their Talent and Get their presnence marked af the National Level.
The Chief Guest of the Programme, Bomken Bassar, Superintendent of Police, Koloriang in his Speech inspired the youth of Koloriang who took part in different Competetions and Motivated youth of Koloriang to take part in diverse activities conducted regularly for Youth and Make a mark of Kurung kumey district at the national level by showcasing their talent.
The Event also witnessed stalls of Department of Health, where Information and awareness was spread on Covid, HiV and Tuberculosis to the Participants. Stall from Police Department was also formed to Spread the Message of Harmful Effects of Drugs so that Young minds can be Inspired to Curb the Menace from spreading.
The Winners of the Programme were awarded Medals and Certificates by the distinguished Guests present at the Event. More Than 160 Youth from the District Witnesses the Yuva Utsav Organized. Vote of Thanks was Given By APA Dilwar Hussain, APA , Koloriang.
