The Union Minister of State for Education, Dr Subhas Sarkar is scheduled to arrive in Gangtok for a three day visit to Sikkim from 13th-15th May, 2023.
During his stay, Dr Sarkar will chair two Review Meetings of all Central Government schemes with the local MP, MLAs and district officials of Government of Sikkim at Gangtok and Pakyong.
The Review Meetings will be followed by interactions with beneficiaries of various Central Govt. schemes. He is also scheduled to meet with the Governor and the Chief Minister of Sikkim.
Dr Subas Sarkar will leave for Siliguri on 15th May, 2023 and attend Rozgar Mela on 16th May, 2023 at Railway Officers Club there. The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi to distribute appointment letters through video conferencing during the Rozgar Mela.
