Acting on specific intelligence of presence of weapons and ammunition in general area Khoiram in Thoubal district, a joint team of Assam Rifles and Special Operations Group (SOG), Thoubal launched a on 25 Sept 23 and recovered *one 7.62 mm SLR , one Anti Riot Gun and one grenade*. The recovered items have been handed over to Police.
