Assam Rifles seized 97 gms of Heroin worth Rs 68.2 Lacs from General Area Binnakandi, under Lakhipur PS, Cachar District, Assam on 2nd February.
Based on credible information, a joint operation was launched by Radhanagar Batallion of Assam Rifles and Lakhipur PS. The team seized 97 gms of Heroin worth Rs 68.2 Lacs from one civilian alongwith a Bike.
Seized contents were handed over to Lakhipur PS, Cachar District, Assam on 02 Feb 2024 for further investigation & legal proceedings.
