Acting on specific intelligence of presence of weapons in general area Phainom in Thoubal district of Manipur, Assam Rifles & Manipur Police launched a joint search operation on 03 Feb 2024 & recovered one .303 Rifle, one Double Barrel Gun, two grenades, ammunition and war like stores.
