As part of the War on Drugs campaign, Assam Rifles with police carried out a joint operation to destroy poppy plantations in Khudei Khullen, Tengnoupal District in which 9 acres of illegal poppy plantations were destroyed. This action of security forces is a testament to their continuous efforts to eradicate the drug menace from our society and endeavors to safe guard and protect our future generations from falling into the drug trap.
