On the occasion of 78th Independence Day of our Nation, a wreath laying was conducted at Vijay Smarak, Fort William, Kolkata today. In a dignified military ceremony, Lieutenant General Ram Chander Tiwari, Army Commander Eastern Command laid wreath at Vijay Smarak. He and all ranks present for the ceremony, paid heartfelt tributes to our Bravehearts on the occasion.
