Assam Rifles conducted an informative lecture on “How to Join the Armed Forces” at Phoubakchao High School on 25 August 24 in Mayang Imphal, Imphal West district of Manipur. This event was part of PM SHRI scheme and an ongoing initiative by the Assam Rifles to educate and inspire the youth about career opportunities within the armed forces.
The lecture provided students with a detailed overview of the recruitment process, the various roles available within the Assam Rifles, and the benefits of a career in the armed forces. Attendees gained valuable insights into the eligibility criteria, application procedures, and training requirements essential for a successful career in this esteemed organization.
The session was attended by almost 100 students of Phoubakchao High School. The program included a Question and Answer segment, allowing participants to interact directly with the Assam Rifles representatives and address their queries.
The initiative provided students a unique perspective on a rewarding career path and encouraged them to contribute to the nation’s defence.
