On November 11, 2024, the Assam Rifles conducted a motivational lecture at Kwatha High School in Tengnoupal District, aimed at guiding students on avenues to join the Indian Army and Assam Rifles. The session sought to inspire students to contribute to nation-building by pursuing a career in the armed forces.

Approximately 28 students and 6 teachers attended the lecture, actively engaging in discussions and learning about potential career paths in the defence services.

The lecture was delivered by a representative from Assam Rifles and paid tribute to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, India’s first Education Minister, whose contributions were pivotal in shaping the nation’s educational foundation.
Approximately 170 students and 5 teachers attended the session, actively engaging in discussions about Azad’s legacy and the importance of education in an evolving world.
