Quarterly Review Meeting(QRM) chaired by Additional Director General Donny Michael, PTM, TM, Coast Guard Commander, Eastern Seaboard was conducted at Coast Guard Region (North East) today on 2nd December 2024. The meeting was attended by Inspector General Iqbal Singh Chauhan, TM, Commander Coast Guard Region (North East), Inspector General Datwinder Singh Saini, TM, Commander Coast Guard Region (East) and senior officials of Eastern Seaboard.
Important issues pertaining to operations, logistics, technical, infrastructure and administration aspects were discussed & deliberated upon during the meeting. Extensive deliberations were also held on enhancing India’s Coastal Security. The meeting was effective in reviewing the current preparedness and towards preparing to meet futuristic challenges in the Eastern Seaboard. The seamless and productive discussions towards ensuring Maritime Security on Eastern Seaboard were pivotal in achieving the objective of QRM.
