BSF Meghalaya today carried out a motorcycle rally to commemorate the birth anniversary of the “Iron Man of India,” Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
On the occasion of ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas,’ BSF Meghalaya took out motorcycle rallies at various locations with the aim to spread the message of national unity and integration. Through these rallies, the participants encouraged the local population to take pride in the efforts made by the Freedom Fighters and nation builders who gave the citizens a sense of nationalism and unity.
These motorcycle rallies were flagged off from Sector headquarters under BSF Meghalaya. More than 80 motorcyclists from different battalions participated with full enthusiasm. The rally toured various important places for the maximum dissemination of the message of unity.
