Along with guarding the International Border, the Border Security Force organizes various programs from time to time to create awareness and enthusiasm for the security forces among the youth of the Border area. In this connection, an arms exhibition was organized on July 24, 2023, at Border Outpost Mamabhagina, 68 Battalion under the South Bengal Frontier. In the weapon exhibition, the school children were also informed about the special equipment used in the duty.
In this exhibition 80 students and teachers from Government High School, Mamabhagina participated .
A K Arya, DIG, spokesperson of BSF, South Bengal Frontier stated that the Border Security Force organizes various programs from time to time such as physical training, recruitment process information, classes for written test, computer knowledge, weapons knowledge etc.
