Acting on specific intelligence regarding presence of arms and ammunition in general area Nambol Maibam in Bishnupur, Assam Rifles, Manipur Police including commandos and CRPF launched a joint search operation on 06 April 2024.
Recovered one Sten Gun Carbine, One 9 mm pistol, one modified 303 rifle, nine grenades, ammunition and war like stores.
