The Indigenous Nationalist Party of Tripura (INPT) has merged with the Tripura Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance (TIPRA) in Tripura.
On the last TTAADC election which was held in April 2021, they challenge together BJP and formed Government in the TTAADC as partners. They won 18 seats.
The merger was announced by Pradyot Deb Barman and INPT Chief BK Hrangkhawl in a joint press conference at Agartala.
