Bollywood movie “The Kashmir Files” should be banned: AIUDF’s Badruddin Ajmal

AIUDF Chief and Loksabha MP from Assam Badar Uddin Ajmal on Tuesday said the film ‘The Kashmir Files’ the central government and the Assam government should ban this film because it will increase communal tension. .

Badruddin Ajmal also told, apart from Kashmir, many incidents have happened in the country. Incidents have also happened in Nellie of Assam. But no film was made about this incident.

The film ‘The Kashmir Files’ was released on March 11 the film is set in the aftermath of the 90’s Kashmir Valley incident.

On Tuesday, Assam Government allowed half day leave for those Assam govt employees who wish to watch The Kasmir Files in theatres, the condition is they will have to produce the cinema ticket next day to their higher up.

On Tuesday Assam chief minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma and with his cabinet colleagues, along with MLA of the ruling BJP-led coalition, watched the ‘The Kashmir Files’ together in a cinema in Guwahati on Tuesday evening.
