A joint excise raid and search was conducted on tuesday night by Margherita and Digboi Excise Circle which was led by Prasanta Dutta, DSE, Margherita at Brahmajan and Dhekiajan areas under Margherita sub division of Tinsukia district.
Two cases were detected in the operation and 46 BL Beer, 16.38 BL IMFL ( for sale in Arunachal Pradesh only) and around 25 litres of Illicit Distilled Liquor were seized and destroyed during the exercise.
