On 19 March 2023 at around 03:30pm, a truck fell approx 200m into the valley near K Senam on NH 37 close to Company Operating Base Kotlain of Noney Battalion under Jwalamukhi Sector and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East). On receiving the information about the accident, the team of Company Operating Base Kotlain rushed to the site and provided immediate first aid to the driver. He was the only person on the truck and had already been brought on road head by villagers with the help of troops from the Coy of CRPF, located at K’ Senam. The driver was further evacuated to Civil Hospital in Imphal for treatment under Police.
