Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South), organised football match for children in Ukhrul district on 17 September 2023.
Football is a widely accepted sport in the Ukhrul district involving people of all ages. To motivate and nurture the young football talent in the villages, Assam Rifles took the initiative to host football match for the age category under 14 years. The event afforded opportunity for children to participate in the Baby League Championship.
