Vigilant Security Forces foiled an infiltration attempt across the Indo- Myanmar border apprehending two cadres and seized huge cache of arms, ammunition and other warlike stores on 23 Oct 2023. The two were identified as cadres of non-SoO group named Chin Kuki Liberation Army (CKLA). Six weapons including AK 47, INSAS rifle, MQ assault rifle, Sniper rifle and M16 Assault Rifle, various ammunition and other warlike stores were seized.
The apprehended cadres and seized items have been handed over to Sangaikot Police station for further investigation.
