Assam Rifles distributed computer sets, computer tables, sound system and a generator set to Nungnang Heritage School, Noney on 24th December under the Sadbhavana project.
The school principal, on behalf of all the staff and children, thanked Assam Rifles for reaching out and helping their school.
Besides securing the region, Assam Rifles has been continuously making efforts to bring development in North East and bringing it in the mainstream. These computer sets will help the school in providing quality and modern education to the children, whereas the generator set will provide stable electricity for the same. Such efforts are aligned towards overall development of Northeast region.
