Acting on specific intelligence of presence of weapons and ammunition in general area Numgai in Thoubal district, Manipur, Assam Rifle & Manipur Police launched a search operation on 28 February 2024 and recovered one Double Barrel Rifle, two grenades, ammunition and other war like stores. The recovered items have been handed over to Police.
