Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on March 31 attended the Tiwa Cultural Festival in Marigaon and paid tributes to Jongal Balahu, one of Assam’s iconic figures.
CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma extended his heartfelt congratulations to the organizers, including the Tiwa Autonomous Council and Tiwa National Organization for celebrating the rich art, culture, and heritage of the Tiwa tribe in Assam through this event.
The CM has announced his full support to ensure the continued success of the annual Tiwa Cultural Festival.
