Acting on credible input regarding the abduction of an individual near Ponbi restaurant in Kakching on 08 April 2024, Assam Rifles and Manipur Police rescued a kidnapped individual and detained five suspects in Waithou, in Thoubal District, Manipur. The five suspects have been taken into Police custody.
