Acting on specific intelligence of presence of cadres in general area Viewland Zone III, Ukhrul, Assam Rifles and Manipur Police launched a joint operation on 08 May 2024 and apprehended two cadres of UNLF(K) and seized Rs 1,71,500 in cash, ammunition, multiple mobile phones, wireless communication sets and substantial amount of drugs.
The apprehended cadres were handed over to Manipur Police.
