Smashers Malda and Murshidabad Kings were declared joint-winners after the final of the inaugural Bengal Pro T20 League was abandoned due to heavy rain at the Eden Gardens on Friday.
Earlier, put into bat, Smashers Malda managed to post 116/8 in 20 overs.
Ranjot Singh Khaira (21) and Saurabh Singh (20) were the pick of the batsmen.
For Murshidabad Kings, Dilshad Khan and Jeet Thakur bagged two wickets each.
In reply, chasing the target, Murshidabad Kings were 7 for no loss in 1.1 overs when play was stopped due to heavy rain.
With the weather showing no signs of improvement, the match was abandoned, and both Smashers Malda and Murshidabad Kings were declared joint-winners.
